Tis the season for Kim Kardashian to show off her curves in some seriously sexy swimwear!

The 31-year-old reality star shared a new photo from a recent bikini shoot on her blog on Wednesday. "Sunrise summertime shoot! #nofilter #nophotoshop," she posted along with the pic of her ultra-bronzed body clad in a tan string bikini.

No word if this bikini has boyfriend Kanye West's approval. West, who designs his own clothing line recently gave his girlfriend fashion advice on what to wear to her Scott Disick's restaurant opening during an episode of the hit E! reality show.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is still high off the birth of her niece, Penelope Scotland Disick, whom her sister Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to on Sunday.

"I'm so in love with my niece!" Aunt Kim, who's already aunt to Kourtney and boyfriend Scott's 2-year-old son, Mason, tweeted, adding on her blog, "She is absolutely perfect!"

Score Kate Middleton's Lean Body with These Yoga Poses

Kate Middleton may treat herself to several blowouts a week, but when it comes to her workout regimen, she's no girlie girl. The slim, 30-year-old duchess is entirely committed to exercising, which includes running and Pilates.

Even though genetics may play into her great body (her younger sister, Pippa Middleton, has as enviable of a figure), admirers can still achieve her lean shape by incorporating the right kind of moves into their get-fit routines. Below, Pure Yoga instructor KayKay Clivio guides Us Weekly through the best body-lengthening poses.

Pose: Cresent Moon Pose (Anjaneyasana)

"This pose is fantastic for lengthening the external obliques, shaping the waistline and strengthening the legs, butt and abdominals," says Clivio.

- Stand with toes and heels together and stretch arms overhead, interlacing your fingers, and straighten arms.
- Keep body in a straight line (as if you're between two panes of glass), stretch over to the right while simultaneously moving hips over to the left, creating a crescent moon shape with body.
- Keep legs and buttocks strong, draw belly in and up, and breath slowly.
- On inhale, reach and lengthen; on exhale, go a little deeper into the pose.

Hold for eight slow breaths on each side.


Pose: Warrior 2 Pose (Virabadrasana 2)

According to Clivio, this posture is great for legs and the torsos, but helps firm up triceps (a common problem area for women) too.

- Stand with feet one leg-length apart. Turn right toes out and the left toes in slightly. Bend right knee so it is directly over right ankle. Keep back leg straight and strong.
- Stretch arms in a straight line from fingertip to fingertip. Keep spine straight and centered. Belly is in and up.
- Gaze over right middle finger.

Hold for eight slow, deep breaths before switching sides.

Pose: Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)

Why Clivio loves this pose: "It's great for lengthening the abdominals and quadriceps while strengthening the glutes and hamstrings. It lengthens and strengthens the muscles along the spine, especially the low back and opens the chest and shoulders."

- Lie on back and bring feet flat on the floor, heels in close to buttocks, heels directly below knees, arms by side.
- Press down through feet and arms and lift hips up as high as possible. Interlace fingers under body, straighten arms and wiggle shoulders as far under body as possible to open chest.
- To release, suck the belly in and roll down slowly through the spine as follows: Upper spine, middle spine, then the lower spine.

Hold for 10 slow, deep breaths before releasing.


Pose: Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana)

"This pose helps firm and tone the entire body," says Clivio, " and especially firms the arm muscles and abdominal muscles."

- Come into a high push-up position with arms straight, shoulders over the wrists, legs strongly together. Body should be one straight line from the top of the head out through the heels.
- Shift onto the outside edge of the right foot stacking feet, hips and shoulders on top of each other. Bring left arm in line with right arm to the sky. Take your gaze to left thumb if possible.
- Keep pressing into the floor with the right hand, drawing the belly in and up

Breathe slowly and deeply for five breaths, then repeat on the left.

Jessica Simpson has been trying to lose the 70 pounds she gained while pregnant with Maxwell Drew, and perhaps nobody understands her struggle better than fellow reality star Kendra Wilkinson.

"That just breaks my heart," Wilkinson, 27, tells Yahoo! OMG. "I feel for her. I was in the same boat. People just need to mind their own business. That's a woman who just gave birth."

Though Simpson, 32, has plenty of initiative to slim down -- thanks to a $4 million contract with Weight Watchers -- Wilkinson hopes critics will stop scrutinizing the Fashion Star mentor's figure.

"Her first priority right now is her child. Her first priority is not losing the weight. You should be proud of her for that," the WE tv reality star says. "A lot of people just dump their kids off at nannies and lose the weight overnight. We should all be proud of her for being real and taking control and making priorities."

Simpson, for her part, is taking it one day at a time. "The cool thing about the [Weight Watchers] program is that it focuses on healthy habits for the long-term (and I can still indulge in my guilty pleasures every now and then, too)," she explained via Facebook in May. "I have actually gotten a group of friends together who are going to be doing it with me."

The 5-foot-3 Texas native follows in the footsteps of previous Weight Watchers spokeswomen Jennifer Hudson, 30, Jenny McCarthy, 39, and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, 52.

"We're thrilled that Jessica Simpson has chosen to join Weight Watchers to adopt a healthier lifestyle and inspire others to do the same," the company said in a statement. "Her talent, resilience and positive outlook already make her a great role model, and by deciding to trade in yo-yo dieting for a healthier lifestyle, we know she will inspire many women to join her."

The new mom marked a new chapter in her life Tuesday as she turned 32. The past year was very good to Simpson, but 32 promises to be even better.

About two months before her birthday, Simpson gave birth to her first child, daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson. The former singer turned style icon welcomed her baby girl on May 1 with fiance Eric Johnson, whom she became engaged to in November 2010. 

Now, Simpson can look forward to watching her baby girl grow up. "I am so in love with baby Maxwell," she tweeted shortly after her daughter's birth. "I want to cry every time I look at her. Motherhood is by far the best thing I've ever experienced." 

And she's also excited to lose the baby weight with the help of a $4 million deal with Weight Watchers. "The cool thing about the program is that it focuses on healthy habits for the long-term (and I can still indulge in my guilty pleasures every now and then, too)," she explained on Facebook on May 30. "I have actually gotten a group of friends together who are going to be doing it with me."

Since then, Simpson has been hitting the gym in Los Angeles and slimming down. Even before she was pregnant, Simpson has struggled with her weight. In March 2010, she spoke out to Oprah Winfrey about being criticized over her weight when she wore a pair of "mom jeans" to a performance in January 2009.

"The fact I was famous last year for gaining 10 pounds is ridiculous and really sad," she said. "But I'm really finally relaxed. I don't care what people have to say about my weight, I really don't. I think I look great."

Alessandra Ambrosio got her pre-baby back in no time at all!

On July 8, the Victoria's Secret supermodel -- who welcomed son Noah Phoenix May 7 -- donned a $182 OndadeMar "Biarritz" print bikini top on the beach in Malibu. Wearing high-waisted white shorts, the Brazilian beauty showed off her taut tummy and toned legs while strolling the sands with her daughter, Anja, 3.

Ambrosio "always wanted to have a big family," she told Us Weekly in 2011. "When I found out I was pregnant I was just as happy as I could be. . . I love being pregnant!"

Together since 2005, Ambrosio isn't in a rush to wed her fiance, businessman Jamie Mazur. "I definitely want to have a big party for my wedding -- I want to have a fun party! But I don't know where I would get married. It's so complicated," she told Us. "I can't decide if it's going to be in Brazil or in L.A. It's hard to figure out everything. I keep changing my mind all the time!"

Michael Phelps is in the best shape of his life, but he's not one to watch what he eats.

"I don't count calories. Whether it's Sour Patch Kids or Reese's or a bag of chips, if I feel like eating it, I'm going to eat it," the 14-time Olympic gold medalist tells the August issue of Details.

When he's training, eating junk food isn't a problem for Phelps, 27. But when the swimmer decided to some take time off following his triumphant streak at the Beijing Olympics in 2008, Phelps noticed a change in his appearance.

"It was weird going from the highest of the high, the biggest point of your life -- winning eight gold medals -- and then saying, 'All right, where do I go from here?' I wasn't motivated. I did nothing, literally nothing, for a long time," he recalls. "I gained 25 pounds. A friend of mine and I were playing football on the beach in Miami, and somebody got a picture of us and put it all over the place. And he's like, 'Bro, you gotta start working out, man. You are fat.' So I started going through the motions again. I would go back for a week or two and then stop. I'd show up for dry-land practice and then just sneak out the back door so nobody saw me."

"I was watching Rocky II the other day -- the one where he's fighting Apollo for the second time and he's just going through the motions," he adds. "It reminded me of how I was."

Getting back in shape wasn't the only obstacle Phelps has faced since his record-breaking performance in Beijing. In January 2009, photos of Phelps smoking marijuana surfaced online. As a result, one of Phelps' longtime sponsors, Kellogg, decided not to renew his endorsement contract; USA Swimming also suspended him from competing for three months.

"It was a learning experience," Phelps says of the highly-publicized incident. "I'm the kind of person who has to go through the learning experiences myself. Somebody could tell me, 'If you eat this much you'll be fat,' and I'd be like, 'Yeah, okay, let me try it.' Growing up, my mom taught us to make our own decisions, but also that you have to pay for the consequences of those decisions. I'm thankful for that. I'll be the first to say I've made thousands of mistakes, but I've never made the same mistake twice."

Phelps -- who will compete in the London Olympics beginning in late July -- eventually "realized that I probably hadn't reached my full potential," he tells Details. "As I come to closure on my career, am I going to look back in 20 years and say, 'What if?' That's something I don't want. This is it. I've always said I wouldn't swim past 30. I don't want to be that guy who's hanging on, but I want to reach my max potential. I don't care how much pain I have to go through or the sacrifices I have to make. I'll get it."

Looks like Kris Jenner wasn't the only Jenner family member to show off their curves in a bikini over Wednesday's July 4th holiday!

In new photos posted to Kendall Jenner's website, Kim Kardashian's half-sister, 16, showed fans just how she celebrated Independence Day. "I had the most amazing Fourth of July with friends and family!" the teen wrote, posting photos of her bikini-clad self poolside waving an American flag.

Also on Wednesday, Kendall's 56-year-old mom, Kris, showed off her own bikini bod, posing in a patriotic two-piece accessorized by red sunglasses. The Jenner/Kardashian matriarch's festive look sure made an impression on her daughters, including Kylie Jenner, who posted the image to her blog, and Khloe Kardashian, who immediately took to Twitter to make a funny comment about her hard-partying mom.

As Kendall and her 14-year-old sister Kylie enjoy hanging poolside this summer, the duo will soon head to work when they pen their first young adult dystopian novel.

To be published next summer, the tome follows "two sisters on a journey filled with terror, mystery, drama and love," according to a release. The as-yet-untitled book follows Kim, Kourtney and Khloe's debut novel, Dollhouse, which was released in 2011.
