This Rock of Ages beauty has got a rocking' bod!

Julianne Hough spent her day off making a splash in Southport, NC on Saturday, when she hit the beach in a neon bikini.

Showing off her shoulder-length haircut, the Safe Haven actress, 23, flaunted her incredible body in the electric tangerine two-piece while she ran in and out of the waves.

Although her boyfriend, Ryan Seacrest, wasn't along for the sun-filled beach day, the actress was accompanied by her two King Charles Spaniels -- and Hough showered her babies with endless affection.

Even though she has quite the enviable figure, being comfortable in her own skin is something that the former professional dancer has learned to come to terms with over the years. "It's what you want to feel on the inside, not necessarily what you want to look like on the outside," the actress told Women's Health in 2011. "Now if I want something, I'll have it and I won't feel guilty. Then the next day I won't crave it."

Maria Menounos has so much body confidence, she isn't afraid to get down and dirty during a game of beach tennis!

Sporting a string bikini top and running shorts, the 34-year-old Dancing with the Stars contestant gave it her all during a heated game of beach tennis with her DWTS partner, Derek Hough, on a Malibu beach on Friday.

Hough, who wore neon green board shorts, showed off his chiseled body. Coincidentally his sister, Julianne, took a beach day this past weekend too, albeit across the country in Southport, NC.

"Beach tennis was fun w/ Derek Hough and Terrell Owens…love that the ball was nowhere near me in this shot-I tried!" Menounos tweeted Saturday.

In between games, the Extra cohost stripped down to just her two-piece and hit the waves while flaunting her impressive abs.

"Ironically, I have really strong abs, and I generally hate [exercising] them the most," Shape's July 2012 cover model told the magazine about her ripped midriff. "I think I take for granted that I didn't really have to work for them."

Some might be surprised that the star's impressive physique doesn't come from an extreme, regimented workout program. "I don't have any routine that's set because I don't obsess about anything," she admits. "For me it's about health and [relieving] stress. So there is nothing set."

Kim Kardashian, 31, shared a sexy behind-the-scenes photo via Instagram July 15. "Good morning Miami," the E! reality star wrote in the caption. Wearing a skintight swimsuit that accentuated her trim waistline and supple cleavage, the E! star sat on her famous derriere while participating in a new photo shoot.

In March, after losing 10 pounds in 10 days, Kardashian unveiled her best bikini body ever when she visited the Dominican Republic with her family. "I went gluten-, dairy- and sugar-free," said the star, who used Sunfare's 1,300 calorie-a-day meal-delivery program. During the family's stay -- which was filmed for Keeping Up With the Kardashians -- "I ran on the treadmill every day!" Kardashian told Us Weekly.

To stay fit, the QuickTrim spokeswoman -- who trains with Gunnar Peterson -- works out twice daily, beginning with early-morning treadmill runs and strength training or Pilates at night. "No more sitting at home, eating too much!" she told Us earlier this year. "I'm on a mission . . . Now is the best time to get in shape."

Newly single beach babe Eva Longoria is fully committed to helping the contestants on her reality show find true love.

As part of her Ready for Love show producing-duties, the Desperate Housewives star, 36, went paddle-boarding in L.A. Friday with a few of the show's hopefuls -- showing off her sexy beach bod in a skintight wetsuit and white bikini bottoms during her afternoon on the water.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and fiance Jionni LaValle will name their baby-to-be Lorenzo, she confirmed to USA Today Thursday.

The site notes that, in a group interview, the 24-year-old reality star's Jersey Shore castmates blurted out the moniker and initially worried they'd let the cat out of the bag too soon.

"Well, it's a name she's thinking about," Jenni "JWOWW" Farley quipped.

"No," Polizzi interjected. "It's done."

Due in about two months, little Lorenzo will be the first child for Snooki and LaValle, 25. As the couple -- now living together -- prep for baby, Snooki recently told Us Weekly that her man "takes care of me like a parent, and that's what I need."

Is it hot out here -- or is Colin Farrell walking by without a shirt again?

Farrell's beat-the-heat tactic may have cooled him off in Rio de Janeiro Wednesday, but it certainly didn't help onlookers any.

During a visit to the Brazilian city (he's in town to promote his upcoming Total Recall remake), the Irish star, 36, strolled shirtless alongside a couple of friends.

Last summer, the action star -- and reformed bad boy -- opened up to USA Today about his latest obsession: working out.

"I actually like the gym. I find peace in it. Which is . . . weird," he told the paper. "I never thought that would be me."

Added the actor, "I see these quotes, 'Working out for me is lifting a Carlsberg.' It was true at the time." But now, "Things have changed."

In addition to his starring role in Total Recall (alongside Jessica Biel and Kate Beckinsale), Farrell will appear on the big screen in Seven Psychopaths, a thriller, later this year.

Michael Phelps will take his last lap at this summer's London Olympics, but his legacy -- and his sculpted body -- will be far from forgotten.

At 6-foot-4, the 16-time medalist has gone from a skinny mini teen to a statuesque grown man. "It's the whole package: the Speedo, the goggles, the cap. It makes me feel like a superhero!" he tells Us Weekly of his most recognized uniform.

Since bringing home a whopping eight gold medals at the Beijing Summer Olympics in 2008, Phelps has had his fare share of non-swimming headline-making moments. In early 2009, he was suspended from competitive swimming after being caught smoking marijuana -- a moment he tells Us Weekly was "the lowest point in my career."

"After 2008, I knew deep down inside I wanted to [swim], but I just didn't want to put in the work," the 27-year-old athlete tells Us of his party fouls while living the high life. "There were times when I just wouldn't come to practice and it didn't excite me."

But this time around, Phelps is in it to win it -- if not on the boards, then for his own personal goals.

"Once I hang my suit up I want to be able to look back and say I've done everything I can in my career -- whether that's having fifty gold medals or having sixteen total medals," the Baltimore, Maryland native tells Us. "If I can say I've done everything I've wanted, I think that's really all that matters."
